Shipping policy

When you place an order, we will ship your order within 2-3 days of order placed and the order will be delivered within maximum 7-10 days after the shipment is dispached based on the area of delivery.

All Online Orders submitted through our fashardor.com are normally shipped as per the shipping time mentioned along with the product description on each product page.

We are delivering all the products from India, we do shipping to all over the World including USA, UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, UAE, Singapore, France, New Zealand, Netherlands, Malaysia etc Countries.

We are offering worldwide delivery of our products. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.

Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell.

We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays in India as our logistic partner does not Pick-ups on those days.

All our products are made to order, some products take 5 - 10 working days and some products take 15-20 working days, so delivery depends on the products chosen by the customer on how long it will take to process the order.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are based on products price, weight, mode of payment and address of customers. Some products lie under free shipping which will be mentioned in product description.

Shipment and Tracking details
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company's website detail.

Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

VAT & Custom Duties

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.

They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
